From the vintage lighting fixtures and hand-hewn beams to the polished concrete floor.  Our space is sure to impress your guests. The west side of the barn opens out to a large patio and fire pit, and a panoramic

view of the Delaware river valley.  The ceremony area is surrounded by 40 acres of natural Kansas prairie perfect for photographs in any season.

We offer customizable event packages to suit your needs and budget. From hourly social event rentals to full-day packages, we can create a custom package that is tailored to your event.

Our event space is located in Ozawkie, KS at Lake Perry. Lake  attractions, Airbnb's and state park all within a short distance. Our property is surrounded by wild prarie and is sure to create a memorable event.

*Groom Room is located behind cottage, private space for wedding party to lounge and get ready, access to public restrooms.
